Designing Marketing Material

If you are a developer, partner, customer, or other third party, always use your own proprietary design style when creating and producing a marketing piece. You must not copy the BMMM design style or borrow any BMMM design elements.

Guidelines for Using BMMM-Copyrighted Material

The use of original texts, graphics, images, screen shots, and other materials from BMMM sources must be approved by BMMM. In addition, when using such materials, you must include a copyright notice – either in an adjacent area or as a footnote – to indicate BMMM’s copyright. The copyright should read as follows:
“© <year> BidstonMill And Morgen Medical Ltd. All rights reserved.”
Please note that BMMM photography is only licensed for BMMM use and must not be used by third parties in their communications.
